I wanted to give all three of these seasonings a fair shot, so I decided to try them all with mayonnaise. Gross? Not at all. I wanted to prove that these seasonings can be used on every day foods. When I am hungry the first thing I think of is a sandwich. Ham and cheese… with a little zing. Here are my thoughts on all three flavors.

Pacific Blend: The first flavor I got was the thyme, then a hint of cayenne. I was very surprised that it was not a slap of spice as I was expecting, very clean and herbal flavor.

Fiesta Blend: I am Hispanic, so I was not expecting anything unique from this… oh boy was I wrong! The stand-out ingredient (to me) was the lemon powder and garlic. This is a breath of fresh air after being overwhelmed with spice after spice that in all honesty taste the exact same.

Mediterranean Blend: Well only one thing came to mind while trying this…. Marinara in a bottle (san tomatoes). So very clean and earthy, yet bold and flavorful!
